About
A practice built around career breaks, not unbroken résumés
Analytics for Dev Career Support helps parents and caregivers in Germany return to paid work with plans that respect Pflegezeit, Elternzeit, and real household schedules.
Why this work exists
Many returners in Thüringen and across Germany meet the same wall: application forms that treat a care-related gap as a flaw, and employers who ask about availability before they ask about skill. Generic career centres rarely rehearse that conversation.
We started this practice in Erfurt to give parents and caregivers a quieter room — and a written plan — before they re-enter hiring cycles. The brand name nods to analytical career mapping; the work itself is human coaching, not software.
How we work with clients
Sessions are structured. We ask about leave dates, childcare coverage, commute limits, and money needs before we touch CV formatting. Materials come second to a return story that you can defend in an interview.
We do not promise placements, introductions to HR departments, or legal advice. We do prepare the documents, answers, and negotiation language that make a return more likely to stick past the probation period.
Values that show up in sessions
- Care work is treated as a life chapter with logistics, not a personal failing.
- Teilzeit and job-sharing are legitimate targets, not consolation prizes.
- German workplace norms are explained plainly — including when they are unfair.
- Plans stay written and dated so energy is not wasted on vague motivation.
