Refunds & cancellations
Rules for deposits, session changes, and refunds on coaching engagements. This site does not process payments directly.
Eligibility overview
Refunds apply to coaching fees paid for sessions or programmes that have not been fully delivered, subject to the conditions below. Informational pricing on this website is not a charge.
Deposits
Programme places may require a deposit stated in your confirmation email. Deposits secure scheduling. Deposits become non-refundable once the intake session has taken place, unless we cancel the engagement.
Full refund
You receive a full refund of fees paid if we cancel a programme or session and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 21 days, or if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the first scheduled session and no work (including written reviews) has started.
Partial refund
If you withdraw after the programme has started, unused remaining sessions may be refunded minus sessions already delivered and any completed written deliverables (for example a finished Lebenslauf revision), calculated against the confirmed fee schedule.
Non-refundable items
- Completed written application reviews once drafts have been delivered
- Interview rehearsal sessions that already took place
- Administrative bank fees on international transfers, where applicable
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a single session with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Shorter notice counts as a delivered session unless we agree otherwise due to illness or care emergencies.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is charged and not refunded. We will offer one courtesy reschedule for documented emergencies at our discretion.
Work already started
When document revision has begun after you sent materials, the review fee is due even if you later pause applications.
Refund process & timing
Email info@analyticsfordev.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
