Data we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email, coaching interest, preferred contact window, and message content. During engagements we may process CVs, career histories, care-related availability notes, and session notes needed to deliver coaching.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed coaching, issue invoices, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice, and consent where required (for example optional analytics cookies).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a coaching relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for the statutory period required for commercial and tax records in Germany, typically up to ten years for invoicing data. Session notes no longer needed are deleted or anonymised sooner where feasible.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers may process data on our instructions. We do not share client materials with employers unless you explicitly ask us to.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we require appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required by law.

Your rights
