Return plan
A dated path from leave to your first months back
The return plan is the spine of our flagship coaching. It ties childcare coverage, application timing, and interview readiness to a calendar you can actually keep.
What the plan contains
Unlike a motivational checklist, this document names weeks, not vibes. You leave with target role criteria, a materials deadline, rehearsal dates, and a post-offer negotiation outline for Teilzeit or flexible hours.
It is written during the Return-to-Work Coaching Programme and updated as childcare or job leads change. Clarity-session clients receive a shorter decision brief instead.
Stages we walk through
Intake & constraints map
Leave history, money needs, commute radius, and non-negotiable care blocks go on one page before any CV work begins.
Story & materials window
Two to three weeks focused on Lebenslauf, Anschreiben, and how you name Elternzeit or Pflegezeit without apology.
Practice & outreach
Interview rehearsals and a realistic application cadence — often fewer, better-targeted roles rather than mass mailing.
Offer & first ninety days
Hour negotiation notes and a simple onboarding checklist so the return survives school holidays and sick days.
Start with the programme — or a clarity session
If you only need help choosing a direction, begin with a 90-minute clarity session. If you are ready to rebuild materials and rehearse, request a programme place.
