How we work through it

  1. Intake conversation

We map your leave history, target roles, preferred hours, and non-negotiable care constraints.

  2. Story and materials

We shape how you describe the break and revise your application materials for German recruiters.

  3. Practice and plan

Interview rehearsals and a dated return plan that fits your household rhythm.

Preparation

Bring your current CV, any recent Stellenanzeigen you like, and notes on childcare or eldercare coverage for typical workdays.
